For booking places in different types of cars, you must make different orders with specifying number of men's and women's berths in compartment carriages and sleepers (in one order only one of the options like male, female or mixed can be specified).

To avoid conflict situations on the train, you should choose places in a compartment signed in accordance with a passenger’s gender («male» or «female»).

3. Passenger data.

Please carefully fill in the details of all passengers in an order. Before the procedure of paying the order, once again make sure the information you have provided is correct.

Personal data of a passenger must correspond to the data specified in the document proving his/her identity. If the personal data in the document are printed in two languages (Russian and Latin), information in the order is entered in Russian. In case of finding mistakes in the personal data of passengers or requisites of their identification documents, you must enter corrected information before the moment of paying the order.

All the responsibility for the correctness of passengers’ personal data lies on the person making an order.

4. Order payment.

Payment is performed after you have checked and confirmed your order. You have 20 minutes to make a decision to pay the order.

If you exceed the intended time, your order will be canceled.

Payment of an order for buying electronic tickets is performed by means of plastic bank cards:

through the Internet Banking system of JSC «ASB Belarusbank»;

4.1. Payment with cards Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro of the International payment systems Visa International, MasterCard WorldWide, and cards of the BELCART payment system.

To pay the order, you must enter the following card details: card’s number, its expiration date, the cardholder’s first and last names, three-symbol validation code (CVV2 or CVC2) printed on the backside of the card, and the name of the card-issuing bank. For explanations about the features of the payment with your card via the Internet, reasons of refusal to accomplish payments, you should contact the support service of your bank in the first place.

In accordance with the requirements of international payment systems in order to enhance security of the payment procedures, the 3D Secure/SecureCode technology (special safety technology for Internet payments) is applied. If your bank is not certified for using this technology, the payment system may deny you the payment.

Also when conducting payment via the Internet, the Internet Password BELCARD* technology can be applied.

If you are denied to accomplish the payment, you should contact the support service of your bank.

*The technology of Internet Password BELCARD is a technology developed by the BELCARD payment system to provide an additional security for Internet payments when a cardholder of this payment system must confirm his/her identity with a secret password for each payment session.

In accordance with the requirements of the 3D Secure/Secure Code technology, when an order is paid, an issuing bank may require the cardholder to undergo an additional identification. The necessity of additional identification and methods of its implementation are determined only by the issuing bank. For more information about the procedure of identification, cardholders should contact the support service of the bank that issued their cards.

For more information, contact the technical support department of the Company of Electronic Payments ASSIST support@belassist.by.

If for some reasons you have not received your order number or the proof of successful formation of your order, before making a new order, you should go to your "Personal cabinet" and make sure that the order has not been properly made up.
In case of disputes on the money withdrawal when paying for tickets you should contact the technical support department at support@belassist.by and save this correspondence, and also address the issuing bank that issued your card.

Reasons for turning the payment down are as follows:

1. Not enough money on the card.
2. Bank that has issued your card has prohibited payments via the Internet (some banks do that).
3. For your card, the technology Visa 3DSecure or MasterCard SecureCode is allowed, but it is not activated or you have entered the wrong identification code.
4. The data you have entered cannot be confirmed on the payment page (data format error or the like).
5. The fraud monitoring system has denied your operation because of the possible fraud suspicion.

One Click Service

Service “One click” allows users that have made three or more successful payments for tickets with their bank cards to accomplish new purchases by confirming the payment with their CVC2 (CVV) code with no need to enter their cards’ details.

Such a simplified procedure of payment does not inflict the security level of these transactions – service “One Click” is certified and complies the PCI DSS security standards and completely conforms to the requirement of the VISA and MasterCard payment systems, as well as the BELCARD national payment system.

For more information, contact the technical support department of the Company of Electronic Payments ASSIST support@belassist.by.

5. Electronic registration.

Electronic registration for a train means a passenger's agreement to travel by train according to a contract of transportation corroborated with an electronic ticket without issuing a travel document (ticket) on the form with special protection at a ticket office.

Trains and cars that support the electronic registration service have the “ER” attribute in their descriptions.

At present, the electronic registration service organized and is supported for all trains of interregional lines and regional business-class lines, except direct cars heading for foreign states.

Electronic registration is performed in the following cases:

- the train and the car have the “ER” attribute;
- at other time in a personal cabinet, but not later than 1 hour before the train’s (car’s) departure from its initial station both for all passengers specified in the order and for each electronic ticket individually.

Electronic registration is performed:

on international trains and direct carriages in international traffic no later than 60 minutes before the train’s departure from the initial station of its route;

on regional business class trains, interregional trains and direct carriages running within the Republic of Belarus 20 minutes before the departure of the train from the passenger boarding station.

The status of electronic registration will be assigned to the electronic ticket after it has been paid.

We strongly recommend that you check on the electronic registration attribute in your “Personal cabinet”. If the electronic registration attribute is absent, you have to apply for the ticket at a ticket office.

You can cancel your electronic registration not later than 1 hour before the train’s departure from the initial station of the train’s route in the following ways:

- in your personal cabinet on the site;
- by obtaining a ticket at a ticket office of the Belarusian Railway.

The time limit within which you can cancel your electronic registration is specified on the electronic ticket form.

Attention! If you have canceled your electronic registration by having obtained a ticket at a ticket office, you must present it when boarding a train.
