17. Issuing of travel documents (tickets) for trains with numbered seats, as a rule, starts 45 days before the train departure, for trains with unnumbered seats, as a rule, 10 days before the date of travel. The Belarusian Railway State Union (hereinafter referred to as Belarusian Railway) may establish other dates for the start of issuing travel documents (tickets).
