In accordance with Art. 42 of the International Passenger Service Agreement (IPSA), a passenger, a sender and a recipient of luggage or goods luggage are required to comply with passport and administrative (including visa), customs and other rules established for traveling by rail in international traffic, both in relation to himself/herself, and in relation to his/her hand luggage, baggage and goods luggage. The carrier does not have the right to monitor compliance with these rules, with the exception of those established by international agreements in the field of railway transport, and is not responsible for the non-compliance of these rules by a passenger, a sender and a recipient of luggage or goods luggage.
Dear passengers! If you are traveling abroad by train (the train transits the borders of one or several states), you need to make sure that your documents allow you to cross the corresponding borders.
We ask you to study carefully the passport and administrative (including visa) and customs rules both in relation to yourself and in relation to your hand luggage and luggage.
Please note that non-compliance with the rules and requirements of entry into the country or transit rules can lead to financial liability of a passenger, followed by his/her delay at the point of entry into the country for an indefinite period, or his/her deportation from the country of entry.
