Issuance of travel documents (tickets) for travel in direct mixed traffic (by train and by bus) is carried out:
- in an automated way in all ticket offices of Belarusian Railway, which sell travel documents in interregional traffic;
- from the initial station of the train/bus route to any station along their route.
In traveling in the traffic Minsk — Gomel — Vetka (by bus), Gomel — Mulyarovka — Petrikov (by bus) for children under 7 years of age, traveling without a seat, a non-monetary travel document (ticket) is issued. Children over 7 years old travel at full fare.
The sale of travel documents (tickets) for travel in direct mixed traffic ends 1 hour before the departure of the train (bus) from the starting station of the route.
The return of travel documents (tickets) issued for travel in direct mixed traffic at the ticket offices of Belarusian Railway is carried out in accordance with the Rules for Carriage of Passengers, Luggage and Cargo Luggage by Public Railway approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 07/17/2015 No. 609.
